The newsletter is delivered via beehiiv, Inc. Features supplied by beehiiv are additionally governed by beehiiv's own terms at beehiiv.com/tou and privacy policy at beehiiv.com/privacy. Let Management LLC bears no responsibility for the acts, omissions, or policies of beehiiv, Inc.

2. Eligibility

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to subscribe. YOU AND LET MANAGEMENT LLC EACH AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Failure by Let Management LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
